Great tips! Although a bit too generous with the alcohol intake in my opinion! If I were to have one drink of alcohol a day i will be huge!
@PeaceLuva882 If you are eating something like fast food or potato chips or desserts regularly then that needs to end. And you should step up your training work loud a step every 2 weeks. Like if your lifting weights and you’re curling 10 pounds right now (Or less) then in two weeks bump it up to 12/15 pounds. Just an example.

go on the fit for life diet plan, im on it and ive lost a lot of weight i mean i was 128 now im 121 and ive only been on it for 2 weeks, nothing but fruits in the morning as much as you want then switch to nothing but veggies at night as much as you want, activia yogurt and non-fat milk will help with calcium, other than that cook stirfry with extra virgin olive oil, drink lots of green tea/water and DO CARDIO!!! email me if you have questions!
sometimes just hearing these positive affirmations and tips is good even stuff you think you already know…its just nice to be reminded.
i am suffering from depression and dont have the motivation to do all of this i am disqusted when i look in the mirror theres gotta be an easier way someone help me please

fat isn’t the bad guy its high carbs, When I found out I have Type II Diabetes my doctor put me on a low card life style and I lost 60lbs and in better health then ever.

this is rly cool when i hear ppl saying stuff about pop is bad, im 15 years old, all my friends drink pop, my cousins when i go to see them, lol i always weird out ppl i meat becuase i never ever drink pop. not that im not aloud to,or that my body does something weird to it, its just weird i friggin hate that stuff and dont know why!!!

God two of those tips were terrible. Meat is not a necessary part of anyone’s diet and men certainly don’t need two drinks a day. She should have said to avoid alcohol all together!

I’m a 14 year old boy who needs to lose around 10 pounds. I only drink low fat milk (0.5 %), water and diet coke and when i feel munchy i’ll grap an apple or a banana. I’m also playing soccer with my friends nearly every day. Will this help me lose those damn 10 pounds in a month? Hope you’ll reply
